1. About GuildDesk
GuildDesk provides Discord server tools for event requests, support tickets, member merits and demerits, staff availability, and staff activity. The server owner or administrator who installs and configures GuildDesk (“the operator”) controls how these tools are used in their server.
2. Using the service
You may use GuildDesk only in a way that follows Discord’s terms and community guidelines, applicable law, and the rules of the Discord server where it is installed. Do not use GuildDesk to harass, threaten, impersonate, or unlawfully discriminate against another person, or to submit false or abusive requests.
3. Server decisions
Server operators and their staff make decisions about event requests, support tickets, merits, demerits, and staff roles. GuildDesk records and communicates those decisions but does not independently decide whether they are fair or correct. Contact the server’s staff if you have a question about a decision or record.
4. Availability and changes
GuildDesk is provided without a service-level guarantee. Features may change, stop, or be unavailable. The operator may configure, suspend, or remove the bot and portal from their server at any time. The software has no paid AI service built in; the operator is responsible for any hosting or optional local software they choose to use.
5. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. Server operators are responsible for protecting bot credentials, admin portal passwords, and server data. Do not share bot tokens or admin credentials.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, GuildDesk is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service changes. The current version will be published at this URL. For questions about GuildDesk use in a server, contact that server’s owner or administrator.
